Sometimes I need to customize letters to certain individuals. I do tons of them and they are important because each one almost always generates a phone call to our office.

It may be time to enroll in another class. If you want the option to customize a letter, you can do a couple of things. You can try a word mailmerge or you can have the static text in a temp table. So you could have a table of stock paragraphs, select the paragraphs you want to add to your report and copy into a temp table.
